Very nice, modern and bright apartment in an absolutely quiet and central residential location near the adventure pool "Bogn Engiadina Scuol”. The beautiful old village part "Scuol-sot“ with the picturesque Engadine houses and the stop of the local ski bus are just a few minutes' walk away. The bright living room is equipped with a Sweden stove (wood is available) and a flat screen TV with satellite reception. From here you can reach the southern balcony (8 m2) with great views of the old village and the Lower Engadine Dolomites. In addition to a dishwasher, the modern kitchen also has an espresso coffee machine (Tassimo capsule system). The 2 spacious bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds with quality mattress slatted base. Two sanitary rooms (1 x bath/WC/Lavabo + 1 x shower/WC /Lavabo) contribute to the high living comfort. Of course, guests have a reserved garage space in the car parking garage and free Wi-Fi available. Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

Here you will find a beautiful, bright and well furnished vacation apartment in a historic house, on the 3rd floor. The apartment is located in the lower part of the village in the heart of Scuol Sot. A practical Volg, a fine bakery as well as the Bogn Engiadina and the center is in the immediate vicinity. The bus station is just a few steps from the house. A unique view of the Engadine mountains, and the largest village square with the mineral-rich water will delight you.

Val Zebrù - Baite di Pecè surrounded by nature.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

Studio with fantastic views

Our apartments are located in the complex of the Tulai holiday park. The building consist of 113 apartments. We have 10 apartments (all south facing) which we have completely renovated in recent years. The studio offers spacious space for 2 persons with its over 50m2. They are modern and tastefully decorated and invite you to relax and enjoy.
