Just 15 minutes from the City of Edinburgh bypass, this is the perfect rural retreat with a hot tub for those that want to explore the surrounding areas. Edinburgh and the Lothians offer much to explore. Just a stones throw away from Glenkinchie Distillery, the accommodation includes use of beautiful mature gardens in a tranquil farmland setting where wildlife is abundant. *VERY family friendly*

Little Linton

Situated in the peaceful and leafy Colinton Village, we have an annex attached to our house for your stay with your own entrance. We love living here and feel it offers country views out to the Pentland hills yet we are easily accessible to the airport and centre of town. We have a double bedroom and sitting room with a small sofa bed/futon (best suited for young person/child due to it being low to the ground) and private bathroom for your stay. Tea, coffee, microwave and toaster are available.

Our 1 bedroom Cottage Annex on our family farm overlooking the North Sea and Firth of Forth, is perfect for that quiet getaway. Pets are allowed. We are within minutes of the beautiful coastline and are just 50 minutes south of Edinburgh city. With separate bedroom, ensuite shower room and lounge/diner, this Annex has a small fridge, an inverter microwave oven, a 2 ring hob and a 32" TV. Wifi is available. Locally, we have great food and world class diving, surfing, golf, cycle paths and walks.

Our guest suite is in a quiet residential area in Balerno; a village at the foot of the scenic Pentland Hills. A beautiful spot for walkers and nature lovers. To visit the city take a 25 minute car drive or the 44 Lothian bus at the end of the road for a 45 min bus ride to Edinburgh City Centre. Complimentary milk, coffee, tea and sugar plus cereal for your first breakfast. Shops, restaurants, bars, cafe & takeaways within a short walk. A parking spot on the drive is available on request.

Beautiful Flat with Snooker Room and Jacuzzi Bath

My place, close to transport links, is a perfect base for country or city. The flat, originally a 1920’s bungalow, is in the downstairs part of the house separated by a locked door and we live in the upstairs part of the house. We’re in the heart of the historic Scottish Borders with beautiful Edinburgh only 50 minutes away by train. Why not relax with a glass of wine in the private garden, jacuzzi bath or snooker room or curl up on the window seat with a good book.
