Hi there! My cozy, modern apartment is located in the old town of Ascona, just a 3-minute walk from Piazza di Ascona, the popular café-lined promenade along Lake Maggiore. The apartment accommodates 3 people, and an additional bed can be added if needed. Ce logement confortable se trouve au 2ème étage d’un immeuble très calme, dans le quartier de Wiesti. Il se situe à 150 mètres du funiculaire de Sunnegga (accès au domaine pour le ski et les randonnées) et à 800 mètres du centre-ville, des commerces et de la gare de Zermatt (8 minutes à pied).

Possibility to be accompanied, for walks in the mountains or to a cabin located in an alpine pasture about 2 hours walk, with optional polenta.

"... if they're not crazy, we don't want them...". We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.

The house consists of a sitting area, a bedroom and a small bathroom (without bidet). At your disposal you will find a microwave, a small refrigerator and a kettle with everything you need to make your first small packaged breakfast on your own.
