Logement plain pied de 50 m2 pour 1 à 4 personnes, avec jardin privatif non clôturé, situé à Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), au cœur du Chablais, proche du Lac Léman et du massif alpin, dans une maison de style mas provençal. Attention : charge de voiture électrique impossible. Nous fournissons les draps et les linges de toilette. Nous remercions les voyageurs qui viennent à deux de bien vouloir nous préciser s'il faut deux couchages. Sans précision nous préparerons le lit double de la chambre.

Charmant studio attenant à notre maison mais totalement indépendant de 25m² au sein du petit village de Jussy avec une SdB/WC, une cuisine équipée et une chambre. Parfaitement au calme, vous serez néanmoins à proximité du lac Léman (5min), des grandes stations de ski (Chatel, Morzine, Avoriaz - autour de 45min) et de la Suisse (Genève - 35min). Convient parfaitement pour une personne ou un couple cherchant un pied à terre confortable pour profiter du lac, de la montagne ou visiter le Chablais.

Nous sommes à 20 minutes du port et de la plage de Sciez à Pied ou 3min en voiture ( 1,3 km ) A 30min des stations de ski et 30min du centre de Genève. Infos: Arrivée non autonome, de 18h à 21h. Le Départ est autonome, 11h maximum. Le logement doit être rendu propre tel que vous l’avez eu à votre arrivée. Serviettes de bains non fournis. Logement pas adapté pour enfants en bas age

L'appartement se compose d'une chambre-suite avec lit double de 160 cm, dressing, d’une salle de bains avec baignoire, lave linge, sèche-cheveux, toilettes séparées. La cuisine entièrement équipée est ouverte sur un espace repas confortable. Le salon donne accès à la terrasse.
