Studio/ penthouse au dernier étage d’un des immeubles art-déco de Thonon. 39m2 à l’intérieur et 36m2 de terrasse. Rénovation qualitative de l’immeuble centenaire en 2021/ 2022. Les plus : Plein centre + proximité train et bateau + vue sur les toits, la basilique, la dent d’Oche, etc + luminosité + calme et intimité (pas de vis-à-vis) + rénovation récente et meubles neufs. Les moins : Pas d’ascenseur + dallage terrasse pas terminé (mais terrasse 100% fonctionnelle !)

Spacious apt with exceptional view

Beautiful flat of 110m2 with two bedrooms, a private garden, terrace and spacious veranda. It also has a large living room and a beautiful dining room/kitchen. The place is tastefully decorated. The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!
