Willkommen auf dem Steindlhof. Unser Bauernhaus befindet sich auf einer kleinen Anhöhe in Schwendau. Also eine ideale Lage für Sommer- als auch Winterurlaub in Schwendau. Bei uns können Sie Ihren Urlaub unvergesslich werden lassen. Genießen sie die einzigartige Natur bei Wanderungen unterschiedlicher Schwierigkeitsgrade. Erleben sie die wunderbare Winterlandschaft. Griawanghütt'n - mountain love with a view

Hoch oben über dem Hoarbergbach und abseits vom Trubel im Tal liegt unsere urige Griawanghütt'n auf knapp 1100hm. Der Weg zu uns hoch ist ein wenig steil und ca. 800m lang, aber wenn du erst mal oben bist, kannst du auf der großen Sonnenterrasse die beste Aussicht genießen. Innen komplett renoviert können in der Hütte bis zu 7 Personen bei uns auf ca. 70qm übernachten, zusammen kochen oder grillen und abends gemütlich auf der großen Terrasse sitzen und in die Tiroler Bergwelt schauen.

Haus Rosenheim

Ich Vermiete eine gemütliche Wohnung für 2 Personen mit der Möglichkeit auf ein Zustell- oder Kinderbett (max. 3 Personen). Das Apartment verfügt über einen geräumigen Wohnbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, TV mit Sofa sowie ein großes Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Im Preis inbegriffen sind W-LAN und ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Direkt vor dem ruhig Gelegenen Haus Rosenheim hält der Ski bzw. Dörfer Bus der Sie direkt zur Bergbahn oder ins Zentrum von Mayrhofen bringt.

You will stay on the second floor and have two floors. On each floor we have a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there is also a bathtub waiting for you. The balconies have a southwest orientation for a magnificent view and plenty of sunshine. A parquet floor ensures a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Swedish stove as a cozy highlight. Two flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms are self-evident. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!

The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny location in Ramsau in the holiday region Mayrhofen in the Zillertal. A hiking trail and cycle path, which leads you to the amusement park and the adventure pool "Sommerwelt" Hippach, is located directly at the house. At a distance of about 70 m, winter sports enthusiasts will find the ski bus stop, from where you can reach the largest ski areas of the Zillertal in a few minutes by car.

Beautiful apartment in the mountains with great views of three ski resorts in the Zillertal. Two bedrooms & a sofa bed have enough space for 6 in this spacious space. Private terrace on the sunny side with BBQ facilities. Underfloor heating and accessible shower ensure a cozy living climate. The Distelberg is known for beautiful hikes & tours by bike, as well as refreshments. We are happy to provide a high chair & a cot.

Valentina vacation home

The family-friendly "Ferienwohnung Valentina" is located on a farm with petting animals, not far from several skiing and hiking areas, in the quiet community of Schwendau in the Zillertal. The Horbergbahn, only 1.5 km away (4 minutes by car), takes you directly to the Penken ski area in winter. In summer, a hike to the Keilkeller waterfall is tempting (circular hike about 2 hours).
