This raised ground floor apartment is situated in a building from the turn of the 19th century. It is located in a very quiet, central neighborhood south of the city center. It is bright and spacious and was fully renovated recently. The Botanical Garden and the Belvedere Museum which shows one of Gustav Klimt's most famous paintings "The Kiss" are very close. the city center is a 18 minutes walk from the flat. There is also a bike rental station and public transportation within a short walk.
