Enjoy the sun on the terrace in the countryside and in winter - when everything is enchanted in white, the fireplace invites you to linger. We are happy to welcome you to our newly equipped 70 sqm apartment.

Apartment Hans - Vacation apartment with charm

The newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment with fantastic, unobstructed mountain views of the Kramer and the Ammergau Alps offers you enough space for a relaxing vacation in the mountains on 27 m² and is the perfect place for couples, small families or friends up to 3 people. The apartment is ideally located for many activities in summer and winter, and is within walking distance in approx. 12 minutes from the center of Garmisch. The cable cars can be reached in just a few minutes.

Stilvoll moderne Ferienwohnung, Berg- und Schlossblick inklusive Das Allgäu ist wirklich zauberhaft: Berge, Seen und Schlösser fast überall. In Sichtweite, eigentlich direkt gegenüber, steht das wohl berühmteste aller Schlösser, das Schloss Neuschwanstein. Davor viele Seen, dahinter die Berge. Inmitten dieser Kulisse liegt meine Wohnung: stilvoll, geräumig und herrlich gemütlich. Für ihren Komfort ist bestens gesorgt. Fühlen Sie sich zuhause - hier an einem der schönsten Flecken Europas.

Vacation home

Außerhalb gelegen (11 km Fahrtweg nach Füssen) bietet diese Ferienwohnung mit Garten und Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen den Erholungsfaktor, den Sie sich im Urlaub wünschen. Bergpanorama inklusive. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Die Wohnung bietet gut Platz für zwei bis drei Erwachsene oder Familien mit ein bis zwei Kindern. Es gibt eine Ausziehcouch und ein Babybett. Der Kurbeitrag wir separat vor Ort bezahlt (1,15 Euro pro Tag ab 16 Jahr, 0,60 Euro pro Tag zwischen 6 und 16 Jahre)

Welcome to the lovingly renovated, listed farmhouse directly on the idyllic spa park of Schwangau. The Châlet Alpenrose perfectly combines tranquility and centrality – nestled in dreamlike nature and yet just steps from the village center. Schwangau is picturesquely located at the foot of the Tegelberg and directly below the world-famous royal castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. The crystal spa and Lake Forggensee are also in the immediate vicinity.

Whether you are passing through or want to admire the alpine nature for a few days, with us you will find a retreat in a beautiful 100-year-old mountain mine house. We offer you a small one-room apartment with kitchen and spacious bathroom in our beautiful home not far from Allgäu, the mountains, the most beautiful lakes in Bavaria and the beautiful Neuschwanstein Castle.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Completed in 2022, the Sunshine vacation home invites you to relax and unwind at the highest level in the Spirit of Deer apartment. The apartment is characterized by a high standard of amenities, plenty of space and a pleasant harmonious atmosphere in a preferred location. The pedestrian zone is a 10-15 minute walk away and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. A garage parking space is always at the disposal of guests.

Ilona Funke Vacation Rental

Our apartment is in a quiet location with access to a large garden. Dogs are welcome and cost €5 per day. It is important to us that our guests feel comfortable on all levels. Our house is in the immediate vicinity of the royal castles at the gateway to the Ammer Mountains. Lake Ilass with a swimming beach (Forggensee) is only 500 meters away. Ideal starting point for numerous outdoor activities.

"Small but nice" living at Hopfensee, quiet location

Experience the Riviera of the Allgäu in this modern apartment with mountain views. The accommodation is very quiet and within walking distance of Lake Hopfen. In the morning you can enjoy your coffee on the terrace with mountain views. From the house you can start several small hikes (e.g. to the castle ruins or to the Faulensee), otherwise you can of course also get to the mountains quickly.
