Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Die Ferienwohnung ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar, ein Handlauf oder Geländer ist derzeit nicht vorhanden. Die Treppe ist mit Bewegungsmeldern ausgestattet und wird durchgehend beleuchtet. Aufgrund der Nähe zum Wald (10 Gehminuten) idealer Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge, Wanderungen, Radtouren und Skilanglauf.
