In winter, the region offers numerous skiing opportunities on the nearby Kornberg or Ochsenkopf with various slopes for all levels or the Klinovec ski area, a little further away, but with a variety of slopes.

Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. Aufgrund der Nähe zum Wald (10 Gehminuten) idealer Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge, Wanderungen, Radtouren und Skilanglauf.

Our place is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideal for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away.
