I'm offering my 50 sqm apartment here. The apartment is located in the beautiful wine village of Ayl overlooking the famous Ayler Kupp. Ayl has 1606 inhabitants and belongs to the municipality of Saarburg. Ayl is one of the most famous wine towns on the Saar, located in Rhineland-Palatinate between Trier and Saarburg. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entrance is on the far right side of the house. Above the apartment lives a family with a toddler, next to it lives a married couple.

Situated where the three countries Germany / Luxembourg / France meet. This spacious and quiet apartment with its private entrance through the garden, is surrounded by a rose hedge. The altitude of the small town of Kastel-Staadt offers a magnificent view of the surroundings. Small library, fireplace and parquet provide comfort. The hiking trail 'Kasteler Felsenpfad' starts almost at the doorstep. Good gastronomy in easy reach? Restaurant St.Erasmus in TRASSEM (ca. 4 km).

Etage finden Sie: zwei Schlafräume, eine benachbarte Toilette, eine kleine Ankleide und den überdachten Balkon. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich: das Badezimmer mit Dusche, die kleine Küche mit den Nebenzimmer, dem Wohnraum mit Couch und Esstisch und die Diele. Zusätzlich nutzen Sie eine eigene Terrasse mit angrenzendem kleinen Garten.

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

The location is ideal for city visits: The pedestrian zone starts 650 m away. The Kaiserthermen and the Porta Nigra are about 15-20 minutes' walk. From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.

Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It is in a quiet location in the beautiful wine village of Schoden an der Saar. The surroundings invite you to extensive cycling tours along the Saar and beautiful hikes through the vineyards and forests. Saarburg, Trier and Luxembourg can be reached in max. 30 minutes by car, bus or train.
