Apartment for up to 5 people. Large kitchen, walk-in double shower, huge bathtub and two double beds. The apartment is centrally located; the train station is about a 10-minute walk away. A grocery store, a tobacco shop and an inn are within walking distance. Ample free public parking is available near the apartment. The apartment is ideally located for trips to the Schneeberg (valley station 10 minutes by car), to the Hohe Wand or to the Therme Linsberg Asia in Bad Erlach (20 minutes by car).

Dank der großen Fenster sind alle Räume sehr hell. Besonderes Augenmerk wurde auf die hochwertige Einrichtung gelegt. So findet man unter anderem eine Küche und einen Esstisch mit Sesseln aus Elsbeer-Vollholz. Im gesamten Chalet gibt es kostenloses WLAN, welches jedoch auf Wunsch auch ausgeschaltet werden kann. Organic farm with sauna & fitness

Wir bieten für Wanderer, Skitourer und Auszeitler unsere Ferienwohnung am Biobauernhof am Rand von Puchberg am Schneeberg an. 2 Gäste sind im Preis enthalten. Person 3 & 4 kosten je 13€/Nacht. Die Reinigungspauschale ist für bis zu 2 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder 50€. Bei 3-4 Erwachsenen sind für den 3. & 4. Gast pro Kopf 5€ zusätzlich vor Ort zu zahlen (also max. 60€ Endreinigung). Die Gemeinde Puchberg hebt zudem eine Kurtaxe pro Erwachsener von 3€/Nacht ein, die ebenfalls vor Ort hinzu kommt.

Well kept throughout the decades by our family, it is a place which makes you feel at home, in a peaceful and relaxing environment that offers the ideal atmosphere and amenities whether you wish to adventure on the mountains, stay in for a barbecue, go for a stroll over the nearby hills, go for a quick dip in the stream, home-office with a beautiful view, or even just disconnect and enjoy the surrounding nature.

Caspar's Home

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

The house, which is about 150 years old, is within walking distance of the Hohe Wand, ideal for climbing, hiking... In a short time you can reach the Schneeberg either by train or car. The house can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults with 4 children. There is a beautiful garden, Swedish stove, a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining table, 2 toilets, a TV. The municipality of Grünbach charges a tourist tax of €2.80 per person/night to be paid on site.

The 16th-century walls, with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom, create a unique atmosphere.
