Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The apartment is located on the modern 2nd floor of a former farm. With your visit, you have the opportunity to use the entire 4000 sqm property. This includes a campfire area, an outdoor grill and a large terrace, as well as a 20 m long balcony. There are also 2 spacious covered parking spaces for cars. Whether camping with the children in the garden, letting the dog romp outside, enjoying the sun freely or simply enjoying the peace and quiet in the countryside undisturbed. HERE it is possible!

GRUBER vacation home - 1 bedroom

Halsbach is the smallest municipality in the district of Altötting with about 950 inhabitants. The small village is located in the idyllic foothills of the Alps and impresses on "föhnigen" days with a good distant view with a magnificent view of the Bavarian mountains. The nearby Marian pilgrimage site Altötting with its churches and Christian sights, the longest castle in Europe in Burghausen and the proximity to Lake Chiemsee make the region the ideal starting point for a holiday in Bavaria.

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

Harpfing Vacation Rental

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. In just a 10-minute drive, you can reach the Wildfreizeitpark in Oberreith. The first port on Lake Chiemsee in Seebruck is about 19 km away. Directly in the village is in approx. 400 meters away is a bakery and only 200 meters further, you can visit the animals of the Filmtierhof in Harpfing. With sufficient snow, the cross-country ski trail starts about 50 meters away from the property.
