In addition to the bedroom (double bed) with a spacious shower room, optionally one more person can be accommodated on the sofa bed (living room). Ein ehemaliges Gasthaus in exponierter Lage mit bester Aussicht am Fuße des Belchens. Bestens geeignet für Yogagruppen, Mountainbiker, Wanderer und Biker, die gerne am Wochenende die Bergstraße nutzen. NICHT verfügbar für Partys. Bei guten Wintersportverhältnissen kann man direkt vom Haus zum Lift fahren und auch wieder von der Piste zum Haus. Der Ort Wieden selber ist fussläufig erreichbar, das Gasthaus Sonnenhang ( ca. 5-8min), hat geöffnet und eine sehr gute Küche. Haustiere nicht erlaubt.

Apartment in a 250-year-old farmhouse at an altitude of around 1,100 meters with a spacious terrace, garden and sauna. It extends over (the upper) three floors and has around 80 m2. In addition to the living room, (living) kitchen and bathroom, there are four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has its own entrance to the outside. The bathroom and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs. The bedroom in the attic can only be reached via the second bedroom on the upper floor.

My place is close to forest, meadows, pond, ice rink, ski lift, indoor pool with sauna. You'll love my place because of the coziness, wooden floors, Feng Shui bed 160 × 200, bathtub, shower. Smoke, geopathy, electromagnetic pollution and perfume-free! My place is good for nature-loving couples, hikers, cyclists, skiers, non-smokers, vegetarians, "healthy" and convalescent people, but not for smokers, animals, and the searing of meat is also not desired.
