Auf dem Südwestbalkon hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht über das wild-gepflegte Grundstück, den Wald und das Damwildgehege des Nachbarn. Genieße das originelle Flair im liebevoll restaurierten Fachwerkhaus. Tolle Lage mit Sonnenterrasse an der Ahrquelle, See und diversen Restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig und Ahrradweg kreuzen hier. Sie haben den gesamten oberen Teil des Hauses für sich allein! Die Wohnung ist nicht abschließbar da Notausgang. Fast alle Gäste sind extrem zufrieden! Nicht gut geeignet für Allergiker, bei körperlichen Einschränkung und akustischer Sensibilität (Glocken). Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch!

Moreover, the historic Mustard Mill in Monschau, the high rope course in Hürtgenwald, the famous Aachen Cathedral and the international CHIO Equestrian Festival are within a 20 min car ride. In the vicinity of the holiday flat you can find very good shopping facilities and restaurants. In summer you are welcome to use parts of our pristine garden.

Herzlich willkommen in unserem wunderschönen Blankenheim, das 900 Jahre alt ist. Genieße die natürliche Schönheit in einer modernen und gemütlichen Unterkunft rund um diesen historischen Ort. Die Wohnung liegt nur ca. 300 Meter vom bekannten Wanderweg ‚Eifelsteig’. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Lidl, Rewe sind nur ca. 2,5 km entfernt. Desweiteren ist die Unterkunft ruhig am Waldrand gelegen mit Wiesen gleich hinter dem Haus. Der historische Ortskern ist in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ferien im schönen Monschau- Rohren

Sehr ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung in einem kleinen aber feinen Ort. In 250 m Entfernung befindet sich ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft. In 50 m Entfernung ist ein MTB Fahrrad Verleih. Fahrräder gibt es natürlich mit und ohne Unterstützung. Der Einstieg zum Eifelsteig und Ruruferradweg sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ebenso ist in der Dorfmitte ein 2019 errichteter großer Spielplatz. Im Ort gibt es ein neues sehr gutes Lokal. "Matthias im Gasthaus" Ein Besuch lohnt sich.
