It is situated on a ~1.5-acre plot (~6,000 sq.m.) filled with pine and olive trees, leading down to a secluded beach via a flight of stairs. All the house area offers panoramic sea views. The outdoor spaces approximately 120 sq.m. feature multi-level seating areas one with pergola,sun loungers with umbrella,an open dining area with barbecue and an outdoor shower.

The large swimming pool in the garden is ideal to cool down and enjoy among all the beautiful flowers. It is close to Koutsouras, Makrygialos where there are Super Markets and restaurants, coffee shops etc. Near to home there are the organized beaches of Achlia, Galini, Agia Fotia. Nearby villages for exploring the mountains Oreino, the Shinokapsala, and the famous Dasaki of Koytsoyra with a local taverna.
