This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

Renting a fixed parking space is possible Access and loading right in front of the apartment 3-minute walk to the tram (Baden train 7-minute interval). Travel time to Vienna center/opera 45 minutes. Travel time by car is about 20-30 minutes. Supermarket, hairdresser, tobacconist, restaurant and a park are within 100 meters!!!
