Our exclusive holiday villa in Deggenhausertal offers 170 m² of space with 2 bedrooms for up to 6 guests. Within 15 minutes, you can reach numerous leisure activities and attractions, all while avoiding the crowds of lake tourism. The adjacent family-run country hotel gives you the option to enjoy breakfast or full board. This region is perfect for hikers, cyclists, and golfers. Since 2025, the terrace has been covered, so you can enjoy breakfast outdoors even in bad weather.

Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away; Lake Constance is 10 minutes away. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. The ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) can be reached within 40-60 minutes.

The perfect vacation for time travelers. My house was built in 1910 as one of the first vacation homes on Lake Constance. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, slow and cheerful, and you can find time here for all the things that are important to you. Natural beach. The beach is outside my private property (below the wall). Looking out the window, you can see across the park to the lake. If you are looking for even more nature, take a walk through the Eriskircher Ried.
