The local recreation area of Niederwangen invites you to hike, run and cycle in summer. In winter, it serves as the perfect starting point for winter sports fans due to its proximity to the Allgäu Alps and the cross-country trails right in the village. The nearby Lake Constance, the cities of Lindau (17 km) and Wangen im Allgäu (4 km) offer a variety of sports and excursion possibilities, so that holidays are possible here all year round. The apartment is located directly on the bike path, from where you can start numerous tours.

Located directly on the cross-country ski trail, the sustainably built straw house invites you to an authentic experience.

Sunny apartment in a hillside location with a view of 4 countries.

The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

Caravan "Pauline"

We rent out our caravan at our house. It sleeps two adults (140x200) and two children (bunk beds). The toilet and shower are located in the house, not in the caravan. Please bring towels and sheets, a sleeping bag or made-up beds and pillows. The final cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Not included in the price is the tourist tax (please pay in cash upon arrival), which provides discounted admission and free bus service. Adults €2.60, children 6-15 €0.90 per day.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. A pull-out sofa in the upper bedroom, as well as on the couch in the living area, can still be used for another 2 people with prior arrangement. Please see our website for detailed information.

Relaxation in the countryside and the city

Just 10 minutes from Bregenz and the lake, we offer a spacious apartment with a terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenz Forest. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

Welcome to Kramers. The Anna apartment offers a combined kitchen/living room with dishwasher, a living room with sofa bed and TV, free Wi-Fi, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!

Dear Allgäu friends, our cozy apartment is located in the tranquil village of Hasenried away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The apartment is upstairs with great views from the balcony. The balcony can be used all year round, as it is fully equipped with sliding glass windows. Our garden with beautiful pergola is also available for use of our holiday guests. A barbecue or a fireplace can be used on request.

Fantastic farmhouse II in the Allgäu

For rent is the middle part of the house (as shown in the pictures) with a large kitchen-living room two bathrooms, a separate toilet and 5 bedrooms over three floors. A balcony and terrace with barbecue are also included. Hasenried is located in the beautiful, hilly Allgäu. The hiking trails start right at the house. Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis near Lake Constance between Wangen and Lindau. The beautiful medieval town of Wangen can be reached in 10 minutes by car and in 30 minutes by bike on idyllic bike paths. Start directly from the house on the Lake Constance-Königssee cycle path and reach Lindau in approx. 40 minutes by bike.
