Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Lovingly furnished romantic winegrower's house in the wine village of Altschweier, overlooking the surrounding vineyard landscape. The Black Forest National Park is 20 minutes away. Located directly on the Ortenauer Wine Trail, there are many opportunities for hiking and cycling. The cottage is equipped to a high specification. A pellet stove with flame provides cozy warmth. The winegrower's house has a seating area nearby on our vineyard property.

I It can accommodate 3-4 adults. 2 people in the bedroom. 1 person on the comfortable lounge area in the living room and, if necessary, another person on a folding bed. Come and stay in our old barn, completely renovated! All the comforts of a contemporary loft with the charm of the old thanks to the exposed beams and original bricks. Great for a stay with family or friends because each bedroom has its own bathroom! A covered outdoor terrace offers a real extension of the living space on the 1st floor. This property has been almost entirely furnished with local salvage, second-life or eco-friendly new materials.
