Die neuwertige Wohnung ist ländlich modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frasdorf liegt zu Füßen der Chiemgauer Berge, eingebettet in die sanften Hügel des Voralpenlandes. Nur acht Kilometer vom Chiemsee und Simssee entfernt. Zentral zwischen München und Salzburg und fernab von Hektik und Stress und das zu jeder Jahreszeit.

Beautiful, completely renovated dream house in 83135 Schechen am Inn, district of Rosenheim in Upper Bavaria. The idyllic Erlensee lake is in the immediate vicinity. To the bus 1 minute, train nearby, a few minutes to Rosenheim and 45 minutes to Munich. The house has three bedrooms, a balcony and a very spacious bathroom, two WCs. There is also a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, leading into the bright living/dining area, with conservatory and adjoining terrace overlooking the garden.

Unsere alte Scheune mit Kuhstall von 1866 wurde zum Wohnhaus mit angrenzendem kleinen Tiny-Haus (ehemals Schafstall und Werkstatt) vor ein paar Jahren komplett neu restauriert sowie saniert. Hier steckt viel Liebe im Detail ! Blick in die Natur und in die Berge. Eine kleine Terrasse lädt zum träumen ein. Wir vermieten hier eine komplett eingerichtete und sehr gemütliche Galeriewohnung in ruhiger Lage. Im unteren Bereich ist der Wohn- und Essbereich sowie der Zugang zum Bad mit Dusche. Über eine Holztreppe erreicht man den Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett auf der oberen Etage (verglaste Galerie). Die Küchenzeile enthält alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. In der Garage unter der Wohnung befindet sich die Waschmaschine sowie Platz für Bikes, Ski... E-Bikes können geladen werden.

Nur wenige Minuten von Ma Bastide entfernt ist ein wunderbares Thermalbad, das zum Entspannen einlädt. Im "Gut Immling" kommen außerdem Kunst- und Kulturliebhaber voll auf ihre Kosten. Auch die Simseeklinik sowie der Kurpark sind direkt in der Nähe der Unterkunft.

Erholung in schöner Zweizimmerwohnung mit Balkon

Mit viel Liebe haben wir die Wohnung zum Vermieten hergerichtet und hoffen, dass sich unsere Gäste sehr wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Süden von Rosenheim mit einer guten Busanbindung zum Bahnhof oder schnell mit dem Auto auf die Autobahn. Rosenheim hat einen wunderschönen Stadtkern und man ist auch sofort in den Bergen und an den umliegenden Seen, und kann die traumhafte Natur genießen.
