De nieuwe, ruime IKEA-keuken is volledig uitgerust om comfortabel te koken. Er is een privéterras met hoge bartafel en een klein zitje om buiten te genieten. De frisse badkamer heeft een ruime inloopdouche en wasmachine. Het appartement heeft twee slaapkamers: één slaapkamer met king-size bed en babybedje één kinderslaapkamer met halfhoogslaper, een eenpersoonsbed en veel speelgoed en babybenodigdheden. De woonruimte is ruim en gezellig, met een ronde eettafel en airco in de woonkamer. Dankzij de authentieke Spaanse bouw zijn de slaapkamers wat donkerder, wat bijdraagt aan een prettig koele temperatuur in de zomer. Natuurlijk licht en lucht komt via de lichtschacht binnen.
