It is an area full of restaurants and shops, the famous Via Nassa, with its boutiques, is a minute's walk, the lake is just a 2-minute walk

In a quiet location with a terrace from which to enjoy a splendid view of the Gulf of Lugano and Monte San Salvatore, this spacious, bright and refined apartment is located in a strategic area 10 minutes from the Lake, the LAC, the Center, the Station, the highway (Como is 40 km away and Milan 80 km). Restaurants, museums and cafes are within walking distance, comfortably by bus thanks to the stop a couple of minutes away or by Citybike, whose station is very close to the apartment.
