With a capacity of 8 guests, the cottage is ideal for families, couples or lovers of car racing (20 min from the 24h circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).

Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy just a 2-minute walk away. The train station is 10 minutes away by tram. It is fully equipped and refurbished. Bright and spacious, opening onto balcony.
