We welcome you in a beautiful outbuilding of an old farmhouse restored as a cottage 15 km from Le Mans. In the countryside, come and enjoy the calm of our cottage. You can enjoy a private garden and a swimming pool (unheated) open in the summer (early June > late August/early September). With a capacity of 8 guests, the cottage is ideal for families, couples or lovers of car racing (20 min from the 24h circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a refreshing experience. From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

The house is in a small quiet subdivision, located just 10 minutes from the 24-hour circuit by expressway and less than 10 minutes from the European Horse Center. Our house is 5 minutes from highway exit no. 23. The floor has a private entrance. The accommodation consists of: 2 bedrooms with double bed (bed linen provided), shower room (towel, shower gel, shampoo provided), separate toilet and living room with sofa bed. Wi-Fi available.

Cozy and modern studio located close to multiple shops and a 15-minute walk to the city center of Le Mans. Welcome to my apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator in a quiet residence. A private parking space in the residence is at your disposal. This studio is composed of a spacious living room with a nice open equipped kitchen, with coffee, tea and condiments available. It also has a bathroom with bathtub.
