Charming small detached house near a large walnut tree in a hamlet offering peace and quiet. 2 steps from the "Le Vieux Cormenier" Museum, 5 min drive to the "La Vallée des Singes" animal park, 45 min to the Futuroscope, 35 min to the Circuit de Valdivienne. 7 km from shops, aquatic center, doctors, pharmacies, cinema, restaurants, gas stations... It is possible to walk directly from the house along the Vienne through a path that leads to a small church on the banks of the river. Possibility of going to Chauvigny on foot or by bike (loans possible) by the paths Presence of a nice cat, a few hens and a rooster ;-) All-inclusive price (towels / sheets)
