The village of Castets-et-Castillon is a 5-minute walk away and has a convenience store, a butcher shop, a pharmacy and a restaurant next to a canal known for its landscape and tranquility

A former outbuilding adjoining our typical 1860 Gironde house, Maison Irondas was completely renovated in 2024 and welcomes you for your vacations, weekends or even business trips! Two independent bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet.. On the ground floor, a large 45m2 living room with modern kitchen, large dining table and sofa bed are also at your disposal. All opening onto an outdoor terrace.

This fully equipped studio is located on the second floor of our house so access is via a staircase. Bright accommodation with a lovely view of the countryside and a stone's throw from the Garonne. Peaceful and quiet place, an outdoor space is also available with a parking space, barbecue as well as outdoor table and chair. Close to the greenway bike path about 5 km, about 10 minutes from Réole and 15 minutes from the highway.

Gîte de Labrouche

The cottage of Labrouche is located in a small hamlet in Saint Pardon de Conques, small village 10 minutes from Langon and close to Castets en Dorthe. Golf des Graves and Sauternais 5 minutes away and the start of the Canal de Garonne Green Way 10 minutes away ! In the heart of the Loupiac vineyard, 35 km from Bordeaux, we offer you the left wing of our family Château, which will be totally private. Warm and quiet atmosphere, you will have access to our estate which is a real invitation to take a walk. For the curious, you can discover our sweet wines. Our house is a beautiful 18th century stone building, completely renovated. Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.
