Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Welcome to the "Jardin des Oliviers", a haven of peace 10 minutes from Montpellier and 20 minutes from the sea. Your self-catering home is at the end of the house. This one, on one level, is surrounded by a 2 hectare park, and inhabited by the owners. It includes kitchen, private terrace, garden furniture, 1 bedroom and a living room, which serves as a bedroom (see map). Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The pool (6x12 m) is shared with the owners.

Our family lives on the property (Our house is located at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are prohibited.
