Cozy accommodation on the ground floor, right in the center.

In the historic site, close to the banks of the Loire, the 52 m2 renovated accommodation is on the ground floor in a quiet courtyard. You will find restaurants, bars... as well as a market on Saturday mornings, all within walking distance of the apartment. The accommodation is fully equipped with dishes, microwave, oven, dishwasher... you will have 2 bedrooms with a 160 bed and 2 90 beds that can be brought together as well as a sofa bed. The bathroom has a washing machine. The toilet is separate. Bike storage. Linens provided.

Studio de 25m2 refait à neuf, très lumineux situé à côté de la place St Pierre (restaurants, boulangerie, commerces et marché le samedi matin) dans une rue calme du centre historique et à côté du château de Saumur. Il est au 2ème étage d'un immeuble de standing en tuffeau/bois. Parking des remparts gratuit à 70m. Très bon réseau 4G, box avec fibre. Composé d'un séjour (canapé lit)/cuisine équipée et salle d'eau séparée avec douche et wc. Draps, serviettes, produits de première nécessité fournis.

Beautiful chic, air-conditioned & spacious duplex

This former artist's studio, which belonged to the photographer of the city of Saumur at the beginning of the 20th century, makes this place unique with its glass roof over 4 meters high, overlooking the oldest church in the city. The apartment is located in the hyper center, next to free parking, on a pedestrian street known for its many restaurants.
