Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The log house is close to our carpentry shop and small farming and is located in the middle of the village, attention not on a mountain or on an alpine pasture. The village lives! From your window, you can occasionally watch a new log cabin prepared. Here you can experience country life up close!
