An airy house with cozy decor, equipped with all you need to be comfortable during your stay. Quiet neighborhood five minutes from downtown, next to bakery, close to restaurant markets, and shops. Great Location! It offers air-conditioned suite, 500 MB internet, as well as hdtv with TV and streaming channels such as Sport Tv, Fox, TNT, Megapix, etc. It has 3 parking spaces, one covered and 2 for small/medium open cars, in addition to a barbecue area.

In Pato Branco - sleeps up to 5 people. New apt, ground floor, wifi fiber optic, smart TV and full kitchen. Air conditioning in the dorms with D33 foam mattresses, BBQ and cover parking. Family place, quiet and safe, close to UTFPR, FADEP, Exhibition Park and Environmental Park. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we do a 24-hour interval between hosting and disinfection in every apartment, according to the protocol.

This apartment is located on the fourth floor of the Golden Park building and DOES NOT have an elevator, it has been furnished and decorated for Airbnb rental. Apt with 1 bedroom - en-suite, double bed and bathroom. Living open with table for 4 people, gourmet kitchen, living room with 1 retractable sofa bed. It is located downtown at walking distance to the city cathedral and the entire shopping center.
