Von hier gelangt man in die Wohnküche mit Esstisch und Holzscheitofen. Im ersten Obergeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer und im 2. Obergeschoss zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. It is part of Tenuta Valle Verde that includes 12 ectars, paddocks for horses, woods, a path to the lake by foot. Inside Tenuta Valle Verde there is also the house of the owners, Martina and Nicola. Anyway the house has a lot of privacy.There is an outdoor hot tub.
