The associated 10,000 m² forest and meadow property is located directly next to the "Black Forest National Park" - directly on mountain bike and hiking routes. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert.
