Charming, quiet, park, in the city center... and private parking on top of that! Come and taste the French art of living in an 18th century property, a historical monument, as charming outside as inside and located in the old town. You can enjoy a nice park with large terraces, backed by the hill. You will find garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and games. Only the bells of the Cathedral, and again, and the birdsong will disturb the calm of the place.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. All inclusive and in a real dairy farm, independent accommodation, with kitchen, small bathroom/WC and independent entrance, for your business trips, a family event or on the Bugatti/24H circuit, or just to stop over during a long journey. You are very welcome! Well located, close to the A28 highway exit, between Le Mans and the Alpes Mancelles Park. Linens, cleaning included and farm visit if you wish. Breakfast included.

Restored gypsy caravan on our property. The trailer is equipped with a bed area and a kitchen area with sink and fridge as well as electricity. The trailer is not equipped with a bathroom but you will have a Nordic bath to relax in peace. Also: dry toilet, barbecue, bikes and a small outdoor terrace. Breakfast is included in the nightly rate but you can also have a packed lunch on order before your arrival
