The house is situated in a quiet rural area with views of rolling hills and the Foret du Bercé, a vast Oak forest—with some of the tallest Oak trees in France—as well as numerous mountain bike trails, walks and points of interest.

Your accommodation is on wooded and enclosed land, you will enjoy the garden, fenced marre, vines, garden furniture and barbecue access.

You will enjoy the pétanque court, trampoline, swing, soccer goal... as well as a walking area. For cyclists and bikers a privileged space has been put in place. The cottage is ideal to gather in a natural and authentic setting through the course of time and its nostalgia.

My accommodation consists of a main farmhouse, as well as a barn, refurbished, on a plot of 3000 m2, totally isolated and in the middle of the fields. It can accommodate up to 15 people, spread over 6 bedrooms.
