The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no direct neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The vacation home is located directly at the National Park Neusiedler See Fertö Hansag and is therefore unique. At the property boundary, the National Park area begins with a great view of the National Park, the surrounding towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Rust, Mörbisch and Fertörakos, and in the distance you can see the Schneeberg on clear days. A diverse bird and animal world is preserved here. Greylag geese, cranes, storks and silver herons and red deer are part of the seasonal daily routine here.

Betty´s Home is a lovely apartment, which is only 8-10 minutes from the citycentre. There is a separate bedroom and bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen connected with the livingroom, equipped with TV and WLAN. Free Parking in the courtyard for 1 car. There are lots of restaurants, cafes, Beauty Centres and dentists within a distance of 600-800m. Vienna is 68km, Lutzmannsburg SPA 32km, Family Park 18km and the Flat Lake 15km. The city tax is 800Ft/day/adult, it must be payed in cash on the spot.
