The house is Located just about the Avlaki beach and 7-10 minutes walk from the harbor of the port. It is surrounded by a garden of 4000 square meters with great vegetation, olive, lemon and orange trees as well as a variety of aromatic herbs. It can accommodate 2 adults and a young child, if needed. Breakfast preparation facilities are available in the house, which has no kitchen. There is a ceiling fan in the house. Excellent restaurants and tavern are located in walking distance.

The apartments are two-roomed, with a double bed in the bedroom and 1 single in the 2nd room (with the possibility of accommodating a 4th person with the addition of rajou). Each apartment has 2 hobs and a small oven for preparing meals and a fridge, air conditioning, TV, free WIFI, fireplace.

A living area features a comfortable seating arrangement with beige and teal sofas. A wooden coffee table is set with a decorative bowl, while a TV stands against the wall. Natural light enters through a window with light curtains, enhancing the open space.

You’ll love it because of the comfy bed, the view with its breath-taking sunsets and its location altogether, as it is an hour drive away from Athens and relatively close to the Airport.
