You can relax in its pine forest equipped with shaded benches and games for children or end your day at the beach at the soccer field where you can organize a game of soccer with friends. The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
