The 9th floor is facing, and the sun and the view are good. It is a high-grade apartment about a 10-minute walk to Odori and Tanukikoji, and a 7-minute walk to Susukino subway station and Nishi-11-chome subway station. There are auto-locks and security cameras at the entrance, and room keys with electronic keys with security. If you come by car, please use coin-operated parking on the premises. Indoor parking for large cars and high roof cars, you can park safely even in bad weather. On the first floor of the building, there is a Baumkuchen shop that uses luxurious Hokkaido ingredients.It is also very popular with souvenirs!!!!
