The Santiago Pires family consists of 6 people, one couple and 4 children. It lives in the village of Conde (8 km from São Tomé) in its own residence that is still in finish, which have lived in marriage since 2006. The family lives in a modest house that has a bedroom designed to host guests. Intending to monetize it and create a source of revenue, it aims to provide a tourism of proximity to the family in a sharing of culture and tradition.

A comfortable seating area is arranged with two black armchairs and a wooden coffee table. Decorative pillows are placed on the chairs. A patterned rug covers the wooden floor, and an extensive shelf displays various decorative items, enhancing the welcoming ambiance of the space.
