A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

Self check-in and free parking! It is a house with large areas, it has an upper floor where there are 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room with TV. The rooms are very large, with wooden furniture, built-in wardrobes, large windows and balconies. On the lower floor there is a large common room, dining and living room, with a fireplace that provides a familiar and welcoming atmosphere! The house also has large outdoor spaces with gardens and a huge private patio that allows for peace and quiet.

A welcoming interior showcases a wooden sideboard with a marble top, accented by a vase of flowers and a bowl of fruits. A brown cushion is placed on a nearby chair, while a rattan chair with a navy cushion offers a cozy seating option. Natural light filters through large glass doors.
