Distributed over 3 floors (first floor, living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, laundry room), 2nd floor (living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom), 3rd floor (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). It has a swimming pool and central heating. Heating is charged separately. The pool is close to trees so it may have some leaves.
