Marine decoration, 3 bedrooms including one with a remote working area, wood stove to warm up your winter evenings. Ideal for romantic getaways, family vacations, friends or quiet telework breaks. On the edge of the GR 34 for beautiful walks. Numerous possibilities by bike as well. I'd be happy to share my secret spots.

Villa Les Mouettes sea view, SAUNA, beach access

You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings. The large garden borders the coastal footpath: GR34 Freshly renovated, the interior of the house is warm: wood/white/stone. Do not hesitate to contact me for any request!

The villa of the islands with pool is 300 m from the large Dossen beach. You can discover or practice sand yachting, surfing, paddleboarding, kayaking... The villa is divided into 3 units, it is surrounded by a landscaped and fenced garden, parking is paved with a gravelled area to play pétanque. The pool is shared by the 3 apartments, and heated from April to September. It is secured by a shelter that allows you to swim in all weather conditions.
