You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings. The villa is divided into 3 units, it is surrounded by a landscaped and fenced garden, parking is paved with a gravelled area to play pétanque. The pool is shared by the 3 apartments, and heated from April to September. It is secured by a shelter that allows you to swim in all weather conditions.
