An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

The Villa offers two spacious flats: - The Colourful Flat: on the ground floor and part of the first floor, hosting up to 6 people. - The Terrace Flat: on the first floor and the second floor under the roof, with a fantastic terrace, hosting up to 10 people.

On the ground floor there is the bathroom and the living room, with kitchenette. Through the stairs you reach the bedroom, with a large closet and a comfortable double bed. From the bedroom you can see San Giuliano with its mountains.
