Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

Beautiful apartment on the second floor of a two-story building. Central area. All windows and balcony overlook the sea. Bleached oak parquet floor. Modern and well-made furnishings. Very quiet apartment. Just go down a few steps to find yourself on the free or equipped beach. Nearby are supermarkets (Conad, Dok, Eurospin and others).
