Very bright 100m2 apartment 150m from the pond and 50m from Parc de la Draga. Remodeled and with parking for a large car. Less than a five-minute walk from downtown Banyoles in a particularly quiet area -La Vila Olímpica- where you can walk and play sports. Very suitable for couples and families of up to 4 people. Balcony-terrace with lots of light, spacious dining-living area, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower space, one bedroom with double bed, another with two beds and a study.

Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Beautiful wooden cabin in the mountain at the foot of Sant Julia ,on a beautiful hillside with lots of vegetation and views of the Pyrenees, from which you can see Coma negro Canigu and a wide panoramic view of the north part of the GARROTXA. near Sant Jaume de Llierca, it is accessed by a track of 6 km, altitude 500m ,it is a great area for all types of excursions ,there is a rio cerquita with crystalline pools and in an hour you can sunbathe on the beach ,Costa Brava.

Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the rehabilitation has resulted in an apartment attached to a pool and an attached two-story house. The only isolated holiday accommodation house in the beautiful historic complex of the medieval town of Besalú, considered one of the most beautiful towns in the country. the patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space where you will not miss anything. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium, and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of guests.
