Beautiful house enjoyable year-round. 8 minutes walk to the beach at the Santa Ana Balneario, a forest with sandy beach over the Río de la Plata. Just 1.5 hour from Buenos Aires and Montevideo. And 20 minutes from Cologne. Private and quiet in 3,000m of wooded park. 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen with gas oven, refrigerator with freezer, grill rack, wood stove for living room and bedroom, bicycles and WI-FI. The consumption of electricity is charged separately.

Our house is located in a very interesting point of Cologne, a quiet neighborhood with proximity to several places of interest in the city. You'll love my place because of the natural light, the backyard with a barbecue and green space, the wood stove, the spaciousness, the comfortable and spacious kitchen, complete with basic condiments available. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families, and large groups of friends.

Comfortable and warm cabin. Exclusive garden with barbecue, trees and plants. Deck in front with large window and another at the kitchen entrance. Double bed with brand new mattress. Complete bathroom with spacious shower cabin. Kitchen and gas oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, all necessary utensils. Natural light in all spaces. Air conditioning. Very bright. It is located on an accessible street 8 blocks from the beach with a bus stop nearby.

The happy quiet

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

It is also very close to the city of Colonia del Sacramento (25 km), a UNESCO World Heritage site. The house is nice, comfortable, practical. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
