Very bright 100m2 apartment 150m from the pond and 50m from Parc de la Draga. Remodeled and with parking for a large car. Less than a five-minute walk from downtown Banyoles in a particularly quiet area -La Vila Olímpica- where you can walk and play sports. Very suitable for couples and families of up to 4 people. Balcony-terrace with lots of light, spacious dining-living area, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower space, one bedroom with double bed, another with two beds and a study.

Sunny apartment in first sea line. It has a 21 m2 terrace facing south. With 270º direct views over the beach, much of the coast and mountains. Located north of the metropolis of Barcelona. 45 minutes from Catalonia Square and 60 minutes from the Fira de Barcelona and the MWC. Halfway on the Costa Brava. Restaurants open all seasons. All kinds of means of transport: Train and Bus Live 2 minutes in the center of Barcelona in 7 minutes. Delta del Ebre and the Pyrenees are not far away.

Nice studio in downtown Lloret de Mar. It's very simple but has everything you need to spend a few days on vacation. Ideal for a couple. The studio is located on the seafront, close to all amenities - beaches, pharmacies, shops, bars and restaurants, nightclubs, bus station, everything is just minutes from the house. P.S. DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS THE APARTMENT IS NOISY, BECAUSE IT IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER WITH ALL THE NIGHTLIFE NEXT DOOR.
