Rülzheim is characterized above all by its central location in the middle of Karlsruhe, Landau and Speyer as well as its proximity to Alsace, the wine route and the Palatinate Forest. Rülzheim itself has all the necessary shops, banks, doctors, cafes and restaurants. In the local recreation area, there is also the Alla-Hopp facility and a beautiful swimming lake. The apartment is located in the attic and is accessible via a separate staircase. The train station is a 4-minute walk away. The S3 takes you to Heidelberg main station in 7 minutes

Pure Entspannung bietet die neue Holzterrasse mit großer Sitzgruppe und einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Das Ferienhaus bietet mit ca. 120 m² großzügig Platz für 6 - 8 Personen.
