In a medieval house in the old town of Völkermarkt, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with views over the rooftops, the main square and into the green courtyard. The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

Or 5 min. by bike. Lake Klopeinersee is the warmest swimming lake in Europe, it gets warm up to 30 degrees, and is also one of the cleanest, it has drinking water quality. We like to have it nice and enjoy our home. The pool of the huge garden in the middle of nature is a place where we like to come home ourselves. Since last year, we have also opened the doors of our special retreat to guests. The apartment has a separate entrance and is very spacious😀. We look forward to seeing you from all over the world to be able to exchange a little with you.
